Borrower Segments
Ever wonder how a borrower's occupation, homeownership, home state, or income range plays into their risk of default (or chance of funding?). This report allows you to break borrower listings up into segments by any one of a list of attributes and examine the performance of each segment relative to the others.
For example, you could use this report to see how home ownership affects late rates, how listing duration or employment status affects the chances that a listing will fund, or even how many Prosper borrowers are realtors. Lots of different ways to slice n' dice the data in one report.
Note that for some of the newer extended credit fields (such as occupation or open credit lines) there is significantly less data available than for some of the other fields that have been around longer. That data is also likely to be newer on average, which will have a particular affect on the % late figures.
