ABOUT ME: I am 36 years old, I make 48,000 a year. I am a fine dining server and have been at my job for almost 4 years. I work 25 hours a week so I have the potential to make much more by working more hours and shifts. I am getting married soon and also just bought my first home. Since my first mortgage payment has not been recorded yet Prosper has not been able to verify my home ownership. EXPLANATION OF CREDIT: When I was young I was not good with my money but I have learned to manage money and rebuild my credit. For the last 7 years I have been diligent about keeping up with my bills and have no delinquencies. The only problem with my credit is that my credit lines are not old enough. I am not a lending risk, actually I am a sure thing. I pay my bills weeks before they are due and monitor my money daily. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: I need money to remodel my kitchen. I just bought my first house and I'm updating and renovating the house so I can sell it for a large profit in 2 years. I plan on installing hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $ 3200 Spouse's Income: $ 3000 Total monthly family Income $ 6200 Mortgage/Rent: $1900 Phone: $ 110 Gas: $ 60 Electricity & Water: $ 100 Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $ 300 Food: $ 300 Insurance: $ 225 Cable/Internet: $ 100 Clothing, expenses for children, etc. $ 100 Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $ 200 ----------------------- Total Monthly Expenses : $ 3395 I will have almost $2800 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. |
