ABOUT ME: I am 37 years old and the father of three children ages 12, 11 and 4. I have been in the IT industry for the past 15 years. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: As the say goes A picture is worth a Thousand words. What you see in the picture is my youngest son. Who was born with a sever heart defect Mitral valve regurgitation and a rear neurological disorder called Agenesis of Corpus Callosum which is a complete absence of an area of the brain that connects the two cerebral hemispheres. He was admitted in the ICU for more than 9 month, he also had an open heart surgery to repair the Mitral valve, but he did not survive the surgery and lost his battle. The medical bills were Off the Chart, even with our medical insurance, we had to pay a huge Out of pocket expense and cover additional procedure, the insurance refused to pay. DELINQUENCIES: Due to the medical bills payments, I have missed on mortgage payments. The lender has considered the medical situations and agreed to put us on a 18 month Repayment plan. However, the account is still being reported as delinquent until we?re out of the repayment plan and back to current. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: 1- Pay off $4000 of payday loans, which I pay $1200 monthly on interest only. This is not allowing me to recover, or even give me a chance to put any money towards the principle. 2- Put $6000 towards the mortgage, $2000 from Prosper loan and $4000 from my income tax return. This will get me out of the repayment plan, bring my mortgage status to current, and stop my account from being reported as delinquent.. It will also help my credit score. MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net Monthly income after taxes and deduction is $6,000/month Payday installment Loans interest payment $1200/month Mortgage including taxes and insurance $2,500/month Car payment $550/month ( Last payment on the car is June 07) Car insurance & Gas:$200/month Phone/ Electricity/Water/Gas/Internet/cable : $500/month Food & Groceries :$450/month Master Card payment $ 100/month Other $200 Total Monthly Expenses: $5700 including $1200 payday loan interest. With your help to payoff the payday loans, I will have $1500 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. By July 2007, I will no longer have to make a car payment, and I will be able to use the $550 to repay the Prosper loan faster. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: I have been working hard to fulfill my financial obligations, I came along way and I am almost there, I just need a bit of help to get out of this payday loan, and improve my credit score. I have a stable job, I have been with the same employer for the past 8 years. I have NO drug or gambling problems. I am determined to get back where I used to be.
