I need $3,500 to get through these times. Please help me. I see a great Light at the end of this loan. Wife/Health, Bills, Refinance coming in 3 months. I Pastored for 25+ years. Doctor advised change. I now work in Mortgage/Real Estate. Love it. Doing well. Wife had brain tumor removed 6 years ago. Recurred in last year. Chemo. Doing well but she couldn't work. 2 beautiful children. Would use loan to pay January Mortgage/$780 due February 25 to keep current so I can refi, payoff Credit Cards/2 for $2,200 and eliminate $150 a month I pay on them. Great News - can refinance in 90 days. Boss at my company will do my refi and give me great rate. $20,000 in cash out. Must wait 90 days as Lender requires this time before loan can be done. Has been preapproved! With $20,000 I will pay off Prosper Loan, Pay Down Car Loan/new lower loan and rate and save about $300 in Car monthly payment and pay on medical bills. So, am gaining $450 in disposable income $150/CCards $300/Car. I will pay Prosper Loan with $1250 disposable income per month. Bills Home $780 Car $459 Elec/Water $150 Insurance $90 Phone $90 TV $20 Food $500 Living $200 CCards $150 $2025/month Net Income $3,200/month Credit has improved 80 points in year. Got defrauded on first home bought in Minnesota. Seller got 6 felony conviction for defrauding me, causing default. I bought on Contract4Deed.Cost me $35,000 in total and had to find new home.
