After a year of major life changes, I?m just about to cross the finish line towards my new life. I am now a single mother of a fantastic 11 year old and owner of two small businesses. Although the changes of 2006 carried a great many challenges for me, I was able to refinance my home into my name only, purchase (and operate) a dance studio and begin a home based management company. I?m one payment away from complete ownership of my studio and off and running with my management company with two long-term client contracts signed. This loan will bridge the gap for me to purchase the studio, realign my budget to rid myself of high interest credit cards, and complete my home based office needs to fully serve my clients. With the addition of my second client, my income is steady with my management company, and my studio has been paying for itself but is poised to begin making a profit with additional marketing efforts. But I won?t stop there?once my office is efficient, I plan to seek an additional client or two for my management company.
