I have an online startup with over 11,000 users signed up for the free service. Currently it is hosted on a dedicated server which I pay for monthly. The features I am planning on adding to a pay version of the service require more disk space and bandwidth than I can get affordably from a dedicated server. This loan is to help me with the upfront costs of building a more powerfull solution and co-locating at a place with cheaper and higher quality bandwidth. Regardless of the success of this business which has no overhead besides the server costs I will have absolutely no problem paying back the loan quickly.
