ABOUT ME: I am a 23 year old home owner from South Texas. My boyfriend and I have been/lived together for three years now and we are trying to get out of debt to make a life for ourselves. I have been with my current employer for almost two and a half years. I am an engineering assistant and I am also taking courses to get my Associates Degree for Mechanical Engineering. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: I have always been responsible with my finances but a few years ago my credit score slipped because I was a full time college student struggling to pay my bills. Since then I have gotten back on track because of my employment status. I have since then became a full time employee and a part time student. With the purchase of my new home I ran some more high interest credit cards up trying to fix up the house and purchasing furniture and other items. I would like this loan to pay off some of these credit cards. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it. If my loan is filled I'll stay active in the Two Millionaires private forum for the life of the loan, to help encourage myself and other Two Millionaires graduates to never let their team down by being late with a payment. I am determined to SUCCEED this time! WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: The entire loan amount will be used to pay off some of my small credit card debt. HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $ 1900 Mortgage/Rent: $ 690 Electricity & Water: $ 300 Food: $ 150 Cable/Internet: $ 120 Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $ 400 ----------------------- Total Monthly Expenses : $ 1660 I will have $240 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. As you can see, I am finally in a place where with just a bit of help I could get my life in a little bit of order and out of the living paycheck to paycheck.
