Thank you in advance for your interest in my loan request. I am the founder and CEO of BellaPelle, Inc. a.k.a BellaPelle Skin Studio. BellaPelle means beautiful skin in Italian.

I opened the skin studio November 2002 in a shared space with a cosmetic surgeon. Within one year and a half we were already out growing the space. In October 2006 we finished construction of our brand new space located on the very special .

It is a well known fact that construction costs are always more than quoted and take a lot longer to complete. We were well into the final stages and no chance to turn back when the construction costs jumped up.  We would like to borrow $20,000 in order to make the final construction payments and consolidate a couple of smaller debts.

We are already in the new space and everything is going well. We have a beautiful storefront retail boutique along with a second floor for skin care and waxing treatments. We have maintained 30% growth per year and have more opportunity ongoing due to our expansion and location.
