I am seeking a loan as a back up plan basically for a business venture that I would like to begin. I have an opportunity to buy a 50% share of a restaurant with liquor license. I am investing 40,000 of my own money to do this however I would like the additional 7,000 as a back up for the often overlooked expenses that will be incurred once the restaurant is open. My credit payment history is excellent, I am a hard working honest person. I have a realtor's license in the state of Michigan, I also work with a mortgage broker, and I have owned and operated my own mobile DJ business for over 10 years. Within 6 months I will be in an equity situation of over 50,000 with my 50% ownership. I also have equity in two houses. Paying back this loan will not be a problem for me, as I have mutiple options of payback methods. Thank you for your consideration. |
