I own a home that needs to be fixed up so I can re-sell it. I owe $36,000 and with about $9000 worht of work, it will sell for at least $80,000 based on the comprable sales in the neighborhood. I have fixed up and re-sold twelve homes and have a great crew to keep the project on schedule, and on budget.
