About me:

I am a hard working, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual, that succeeds at everything I put my mind to.  I have owned my own company for the last five years.  I owned a small trucking company and I recently sold it?s assets to open a Minuteman Press in the downtown, St Louis, MO area.  It has been my lifelong dream to open retail oriented business.  I opened my store in December of 2006 and I already have a small, loyal customer base.  I pride myself on being fair and honest in my dealings with my customers.  I would like to get a loan so that I can purchase equipment for my store.  This equipment will allow me to give my customers the product they need and keep my prices low.

About my credit:

My credit rating is a C.  I had a bankruptcy in my past when I was in college, it was mostly do to school loans, and I paid that off yearly.  I was working three jobs at the time and I did my best.  I have since paid off most of my debt and have not taken out any loans or credit cards, except my car and house.  I found out that could hurt my credit as well.  Three of the credit lines listed on my credit are strictly for the business.

What I will do with the money loaned to me:

I will be purchasing bindery equipment, a thermography machine (raised lettering business cards, letterheads, and envelopes), and a wide format machine.  We have a large amount of lawyers and architects in this area and we miss out on business because we don?t have the equipment to do these items in house.  I will also be using the money for working capital.   I have had to relist my loan as it did not get funded this last time.  I will relist for a lower amount.

Here are my monthly financial details:

Gross income: $1100 weekly
Spouse gross income:  $400 weekly
Total monthly income:  $6000

Mortgage: $1162
Utilities/Phone:  $150
Car loan:  $550
Others: $800
Credit Card: $350
Total monthly expenses: $3012

I will have $2988 to pay on my Prosper loan.

Closing remarks:  I will make my business work.  I am determined to make it a success.  It would just be nice to have a little extra help when I can.  Thank you to all of the lenders that bid on my previous loan, I appreciate you confidence in me.
