I am a business man in the homebuilding industry. I have a system improvement which results in lower building costs, higher quality, and higher value to both the home builder and the home buyer. I have been in the home building industry since 1973. I have worked for a major national home builder for over a decade as well as owned a trade contracting company.
I intend to use the funds to add a computer, cell phone, some software, and support supplies to my existing server and software system. I have several interested home builders ready to formulate a contract for my company to manage their jobsites for improvement.
