I am a missionary in Romania working with street youth. I have been married for 3 and a half years. We moved into our home 1 year ago that we built with money we had invested from our wedding (which I still need to send our house deed to prosper). We did as much as we could with the money we had and are still in the process of finishing it. We have a small child, 9 months old, and there are things in the house that just aren't very safe. We are requesting this loan in order to childproof the house. I recently put in a loan request for less than I actually needed so that I could see how prosper functioned, I failed to read the part that said you could not have multiple listings. So I had to pay back that loan and am requesting a new one with the full amount that I need. I know it may appear I am requesting too much, but my husband's salary, who is Romanian, is not listed in my credit rating because his income is in Romania. We do have the money to cover this loan each month. I hope that people will be as generous with this loan. Amy |
