ABOUT ME: I am 37 years old, married for 11 years, 3 children ages 6, 9 and 10. I have worked as a Respiratory Therapist for the past 15 years, and have a very solid work history. I was just nominated employee of the year at our 2006 Christmas party. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: My purse was stolen last year, and one credit card company won?t help me to clear up the charges, that is the one delinquency that I am currently trying to fix. My score is improving due to changing my mortgage to a BIMONTHLY plan, which is automatically deducted every 2 weeks, my high interest credit cards, and personal loans. The one DQ is due to the credit card that was stolen; otherwise, I have brought everything else current. My husband also pays Child Support for his first son. He will be making his last payment in June 2008, which will add an additional $525.00 to our income next year!!! Actual DTI is 38%, shows higher now because it includes this loan request. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: My loan will go towards paying off the credit cards, which include Capitol one, American Home, and Discover. I will also pay Beneficial and all the personal loans. I owe $3300.00 to personal loans, $ 4000.00 to Discover, $ 5600.00 to Capitol one, $7000.00 to Beneficial, and $2500.00 to American Home. The extra money saved with this loan will go towards paying off my prosper loan early, and savings for retirement and emergencies. I would also like to become a lender in the future. FUTURE GOALS: My goal is to bring my credit score to an A and clear up the final DQ. Household expenses: 500.00 Insurance: $ 200.00 Cable/Internet: $ 80.00 Credit cards: 400 Personal Loans: 360.00 Beneficial Loan: 160.00 Daycare: 400.00 ___________________________________ TOTAL EXPENSES per month: $ 4100.00 Expenses after Prosper Loan: $3800.00 I will have $1000.00 after my prosper loan payment. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: I have sent my Group leader my W2?s and pay stub information, and will gladly send him any other information he requires. I have also sent him information regarding my stolen purse/car vandalism. Sorry for the relists, I am new and I have re-listed my loan with a new group to get more support.
