PLEASE CHECK MY PROFILE FOR FURTHER DETAILS. TOO MANY CHARACTERS TO LIST EVERYTHING HERE. AFTER FURTHER TALKING WITH OTHER PROSPER MEMBER IN THE DISCUSSION FORUM, AND LISTENING STRONGLY TO THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS I HAVE MODIFIED AND UPDATED MY FINANCIAL GAME PLAN. ABOUT ME: I am a 34 year old, single, Paramedic and Personal Trainer. WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: I will allocate $3,800 of the funds to catch up the payments on my 1st mortgage that I am behind on. I will use $2000 to pay off my high interest credit card (current APR 27%). And the remaining $900 will be used to take 2 short-term courses to enhance my personal training career. (It will enable me to charge at least $10 more per hour). EXPLANATION OF DELINQUENCIES ON CREDIT: I have had problems with debt and delinquencies. I admit I have made some bad choices. But this is exactly why I am seeking this loan to make it right. My mortgage company state they will only accept the 2 payments that I am behind as one lump sum of $3800 to bring my account current and stop reporting late pays on my credit. I realize that I could take the extra $587/month that I have and continue to make smaller payments to them in a holding account, but they state they will continue to report it late, and I am trying to clean up my credit not make it any worse. (See my profile for more info). MY MONTHLY EXPENSES: Care Credit, Discover, Best Buy, MBNA, and Citibank cards are all closed and paid through a credit card consolidation program. The only cards that are open are Home Depot, Lowes, and a Capital 1 card. Both mortgages $2298, Home Depot $50, Lowes $15, Capital 1 $16, Capital 1 $21, Consolidation program $353, Car Payment $405, Car Insurance $86, Cell Phone $85, AES (School Loan) $30, Utilities $300, Gas $200, Groceries $250=Total $4109. MONTHLY INCOME: Net income after payroll deductions. Pay stubs and copies of leases can be provided upon request. My personal training income is on a cash basis. Fire Department $2008+Sports Arena $688+Roommate Rent $1100+Personal Training $900 = Total $4696. I will have $587 left to make payments on my prosper loan. PERSONAL NOTE FROM ME: Once you get behind on a large payment it is hard to get caught up. I want to make this right and will not take no for an answer. I am doing this to have financial freedom to allow the flexibility in my schedule to actually live my life and not just exist! Thank you for your time. |
