Hello;

I would like to first of all thank you for considering my loan request.  I am looking for $10,000 to buy out my ex-girlfriend of 5 years.  Her and I started a small multi leval marketing business that we each put in $15,000 to get it started.  Since we are not seeing each other any longer I promised to give her back her initial investment.  I had a listing on here a few days ago for $15,000 but have since lowered the request to $10,000 because I have raised the other $5,000 on my own.  I have also upped the interest rate to a higher amount.  I want to prove my good credit worthiness to the people at prosper.  I have not missed any payments on credit cards or obligations in over 5 years but still have a lower than average credit score because of high balances on credit cards.  I also have one collection account for a hospital bill that I honestly thought was to be paid for by my insurance (Principal Life). Lord knows I pay a high enough premium.  The multi leval business brings in about $660 a month which would be plenty to pay the monthly obligation that this loan would create.  I plan on paying this back within the first year of the contract.  I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years and have lived in the same home since 1991.  I have a lot of stability and know that this obligation would be no problem in paying back in a timely manner.

My Monthly Income averages $12,500 and monthly expenses are listed below;

House payment $1520
Gas/Electric $90
Cable $105
Phone $35
Internet $55
Credit Cards(6) of them $2000 I use them for business also
Toyota Motor Credit $1095   0% for 3 years
Life insurance $1185
Cell Phone (Sprint) $225
Car Insurance $45
Gasoline averages $250
Health Club $80

Again, Thanks for the opportunity

Steve
