I am using the loan to support the last payment to the former partner of the real estate business, due in May. The business includes seventeen rental properties now generating a positive net income return of about 15% / year. This is the last payment obligation attached to the Purchase and Sale. My credit scores show my ability to manage the debt and I am using the prosper.com service for the first time instead of through the more traditional approach of a bank's lender. |
