I am a full time government employee who actively seeks and purchases real estate investment properties as a secondary profession. I have recently purchased a Condo in one of the most desirable cities in Texas. The condo itself is located in the heart of downtown and is centrally located to the city's nightlife, museum areas, business district, etc. I am requesting $25,000 in order to totally renovate the property. The ceilings will need to be raised, floors will be refinished, and the bathrooms and kitchen will need to be modified and updated to create a more spacious living environment. I already have listings of parties interested in leasing the property which will free up personal funds that can be used to repay the Prosper loan.
