ABOUT ME: I am 37 years old and the father of four children ages 14, 10, 6, and 4. I have been working in Afghanistan and Iraq since June 2004 as a Explosive Detection K-9 Handler working for the DOD/U.S. Army on several contracts. My last assignment, I was the Project Manager/EOD K-9 Handler responsible for twenty-five K-9 teams working in Iraq. I came home for vacation for the holidays and I have been offered another position back in Iraq working as an Explosive Detection K-9 Handler starting March 1st for another U.S. Federal Agency as a contractor. My background and training as a K-9 Handler is with The United States Air Force, United States Marshals Service, and several contracts within Afghanistan and Iraq. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: I have always been responsible with my finances but 6 years ago my credit scores slipped to D because the U.S. Federal Agency, I worked for changed their policy on overtime. I went from 85,000 a year to 45,000 within a week and that was after being promoted. But things have improved since working for another Federal Agency and then going into private contracting. I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and get my credit scores back up to where they should be. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it. If my loan is filled I'll stay active in the Two Millionaires private forum for the life of the loan, to help encourage other Two Millionaires graduates" to also never let their team down by being late with a payment. I am determined to SUCCEED! WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: The contract, that I have been offered is back in Iraq within the International Zone providing Explosive Detection support for a U.S. Federal Agency. The contract starts March 1, 2007 and I must provide my own Explosive/Patrol K-9. The cost of a trained EOD/Patrol K-9 trained and ready to work is $15,000. Transportation cost to Iraq for the K-9 is $5,000 and the government pays for my ticket. The contract pays me $9,000 a month which is my salary guaranteed for 12 months which equals $108,000 for the year and the first $80,000 is tax free. I have two life insurance policies (No War Clause) that will pay my estate $300,000 in case of my death and my wife would pay this loan with those funds. I really enjoy this work and like supporting our troops. Thanks very much for you attention and consideration.HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Gross income from contract $9,000 a month Mortgage/Rent:$1200 Phone:$85 Electricity & Water:$150 Gas:$200 Food:$600 Insurance: $140 Cable/Internet:$100 Clothing, expenses for children, etc(preschool):$300 Miscellaneous:$225 Total Monthly Expenses:$ I will have $6000 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: As you can see, I have the funds per month to repay this loan, I just need the upfront capital to purchase the K-9 and return to Iraq by March 1st. I appreciate your support and trust and I promise to repay the loan on time. Thank you so much for your time and attention to this matter. |
