We just recently moved into a new home and, naturally, had some related expenses. We used credit cards to pay for most of it, but since my credit score is a little low, my interest rates on my cards are high. I would like to pay off those housing expenses with a lower rate loan instead. I've been working for the government for 2 years and the work is very stable.
