Hi! At the advice of some members, I am relisting AGAIN and being more business minded.

I am a professional, divorced mom of an amazing 10 year old. I have had a very successful career in media sales and began a new job about six months ago in sports marketing. I currently lead the company in new business sales and am on pace to earn about $89,000 this year.

I have had a few credit blips in the past....no more than late payments...mostly around the time of my divorce and when I moved. I have spent the past 5 years working to improve my credit and have...until 2006.

This year I was hospitalized twice for a heart problem that was a result of a prescribed medication. I had health insurance but have had issue with insurance company paying the second round of bills....which total about $7000. Add that to the $3000 I am responsible for on the first hospitalization and it is overwhelming.

Also, I was sued by creditors of my ex-husband's. Though our divorce states that these debts are his, the lenders cannot take this civil agreement into account and they sued me, simply, because I showed up and was an easier target. I have to sue him for violating the agreement and he must take responsibility....he has the means to pay.

I switched jobs in 2006 after my company restructured it's salesforce when they incurred some setbacks. I was moved from a $72,000 salary + bonus to 100% commission. I left soon after and though it was a great decision, it haas taken some time to get ramped up in my new position.

My savings disappeared with the hospital bills, judgement and two month drop in income. I managed to stay ahead of most everything and have paid on the judgement and hospital bills but with the interest rates and fees...they have barely made a dent.

I need this loan to pay the following:
Attorney fees: $2500 (to sue my ex for the judgement, modify child support which is about 1/3 of what I am entiltiled. Will also work with insurance company on hospital bills)
Mortgage: $850 (running about 10 days late since October. This will put me ahead again)
Deliquent Hospital Bills: $2200
Deliquent Utilities: $750 (ex-husband had connected in my name)

My monthly bills are as follows:
Mortgage and Insurance: $1200
Car & Insurance: $510
Utilities: $200
Cell Phone: $200
Internet & Cable: $80
Credit Cards $30 (less than $300 on these)
TOTAL BILLS: $2220

My income is as follows:
Monthly salary NET: $3020
Expenses & Mileage: $750 (includes cell phone, internet & mileage)
Child Support: $380 (will be increasing to $988)
TOTAL INCOME: $4150

My income will increase in March of 07 when my commission begins to be paid with the start of baseball season. Currently, I have billing that will increase my income by about $1000 per month.

I would refinance my home to pay these bills....but with the judgement and less than 6 months on my job,  it is difficult to secure a loan and the rate would be astronomical. I am trying to be smart and I do not want to mortgage my future!

Thank you for your consideration.
