I am a Real Estate Investor seeking $25,000 on a New Construction, Custom Home Project that will enable me to pay back $25,000 in 14 months - Already purchased. My total mortgage debt is $6,148.00 a month and my total consumer debt is $371.00 (phones, gas, electric, water, association) per month. I am re-submitting my listing because, in the listing last week, I had put down my projected income for 2007 verses my actual earnings on the Real Estate Transactions that I earned from Sept ? Dec in 2006; which already exceed $90,000. That is not including my actual $46,000 commissions I made in 2006, as an Independent Debt Counselor. I am generating this new listing because as you can see by the above-stated figures, I can project my earnings for 2007 to exceed $240,000 (which would be only $20,000 mo /12mos); thus making it very easy for me to repay the $25,000 loan back to the Prosper Lender. I also have a $90,000 ROI deal pending before the next 6 mos. As you will see by reviewing my credit file that I have the ability to make on-time monthly payments for 36mos, no problem; and I will continue to pay over and above the minimum due in case I go over 14 months. I also have an excellent track record of paying all my open accounts on time and pay over the minimum amount due. Now that 1 week has passed (Time IS OF THE ESSENCE) and I have to create this new listing for the $25,000 (the small balance I need ASAP to complete this deal), I pray that my same Angel Lenders will welcome me again.
