Hello, I am in need of a new furnace for my house. With the past holidays and some car repairs my saving's has dropped to a low amount. I am 54 year's old and work full time at General Motor's with a service time of 28 years. My total bill's per month which includes House, car, personal loan, Tv, Power bill is about $2000. My net income per month is about $4500. leaving about $2500 left over. The reason I need a loan is that the cold weather is here now and by the time it will take me to save for the repairs warm weather will be here. My debth is about 5% not including my house paymt. The reason why I am at a "D" rating is because last year I have some serious health problem's and I had a few late payment's which dropped my score. I am in good health now and back to work full time. I am working at getting my score back up but it will take time. Thank's for your help. |
