Hello my name is Danny Bradshaw I am a lender and Group Leader on Prosper my Group is OPM which stands for Other Peoples Money. In general I would like to see it as a lender site with a focus on Prosper members that truly find them self in situations not of there own making. That in short know that the members they trust deserve that trust. Now A little about my self my name is Danny I have lived in Needles Ca for 24 years had the same bank since 1993 B of A and work for the same Real estate office for 17 years Advantage Realty www.needlesrealtor.com . I have three kids that ranges from great to what do you think your doing. My yearly income $76,000 I own 5 rental units that are free and clear two home mortgages that I pay $2400 a month on thou the payments are only $1900 three credits at $625 auto insurance $436 life insurance $260 insurance on rentals $375 utilities on rentals and home$575. Basic business cost of $800 rent phone and utilities $650 for a total of $5,896.00 with the balance waiting to pay quartly estimated taxes. The sole reason for this loan is to REINVEST in Prosper members. The current return on my investments is 24.98 here with Prosper. My standing orders are HR with dept to income ratios of 20% or less with only one loan late these funds after P.I. payments will net pre tax income of 14% I do trust these membersWith HR averaging only a 4% (based on Prosper stats) thou currently my del rate is less thin 1 %. we should still do very well for my self and my new investorsThank you Danny Bradshaw |
