Hi there, I've been on here for a while as a lender but haven't really dabbled with the site/service too much. Right now I am basically just looking to see if I can make this work for my Real Estate activities instead of working w/ banks and hard money lenders. I am requesting a loan in order to work out a real estate transaction and time is off the essence. I will be netting a handsome profit once it's completed. As for myself, I'm a 34 yo single guy (no kids, never married) w/ a very stable job (8 yr contracts, 7 yrs to go) w/ excellent income (Masters degree in IT from a top school, 8 yrs experience in an excellect job mkt) and <2k personal debt. I don't have a mortgage currently and am a homeowner. I am 100% responsible in paying all of my obligations - I'm just trying something new here.
