Hello! The reason for the high DTI is that it is based on my income of $6000 a year only. The total household income with my husbands two jobs and my part time job is $61,000. We are a christian family of four and we are looking to get out of debt and stay out of debt. We have a personal loan from my mother and step father which allowed us to move to California. We have been consistently paying on the loan and have the principal down to $18,000. My step father's health has taken a turn for the worse, and even though they have not asked us to, we would like to give them the rest of the money that we owe them. I have a part time job as well as taking care of my girls when they are not in school, and my husband has a full time job and a part time job on the weekends. We are committed to getting rid of this debt as soon as possible. Please make it possible for us to get out of debt and have the opportubity to help others by being lenders also! Thank You! |
