I currently run an investment fund and recently heard about this site. It seems like it will be a great place for both borrowers and lenders in the future. This is just an experiment with raising a small sum. Hopefully this will prove to be a viable place for larger amounts in the future.
I will be using the money raised to make investments where I feel there are great opportunities. These investments include, but are not limited to equities, commodities, and real estate. Over the past few years I have done extremely well, and will be using any money raised here to further my investments. My philosophy is to invest in growing companies that are undervalued, and where management has proved capable of executing its business plan.
