I am currently working on minor improvements to my home in preparation for sale. The work includes: replacing some bathroom tiles, re-finishing the living room's hardwood floor, repainting the kitchen cabinets and minor repairs to the fireplace brick. I have already used my savings to replace the central heating system and air ducts, and I've put a fresh coat of paint on the walls.
