I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to read this listing. My name is Nancy. I have worked very hard and have made great accomplishments in my life.

I purchased my home, on my own, through hard work and due diligence. I also left ?corporate? America to go out on my own and start my own business, Puppy and Pals, LLC, www.puppyandpals.com which I have operated for the past 3 years, successfully. From Puppy and Pals, I have branched out into The Gourmet Biscuit, 100 % wholesale dog biscuits and treats, www.thegourmetbiscuit.com which started out approximately 1 1/2 years ago with one farm stand purchasing my product and today I have approximately 50 store fronts, B&M and online businesses carrying my products, and with more everyday, including but not limited too pet stores, specialty shops, and other customers that private label my product and I plan on doubling that this year.

The purpose for this loan is for 2 reasons, to pay off my high interest credit cards and have one payment and to invest additional money in my expanding my product line, increasing visibility of my product, and to finish off an addition room in my home for business purposes (which will also increase my equity which is verified in Oct 2006 $65K and growing strong, which I do not want to touch).

My credit rating has dropped in the past 3 months, due to the fact that when I purchased my house, I purchased with an adjustable mortgage and I just locked in to a low fixed rate. I mistakenly applied to a couple of online mortgage brokers that bombarded my credit report. I am also close my credit limit on my 3 cards. The fixed refi resulted in numerous ?hits? to my credit report. Also, according to the report pulled here, it claims 2 delinquencies, which was the result of verison wireless, claiming that I had a two year contract when according to my records, I signed up for a one year, I paid on time, every month for 14 months than due to non use of the phone, I cancelled. Needless to say, they charged me early cancellation which I contested, resulting in the delinquencies, finally instead of fighting with them, I paid them In Full which is also reflected on my report.

Also, back in 1999, I lost my Mom to a tragic death (and then my Dad not too far behind) and I did not pay attention to my bills for a couple of months, resulting in 30 - 90 days, late reports. All those accounts, are Paid in Full. To compensate for the above, I have opted for a high interest rate.

If you look outside the box of my score, you will also find that aside from verizon, in the past 5 years I have been current on all accounts and in the 2 ½+ years that I have owned my home, I have never been late on my house payments, my taxes, cc?s and other expenses have been paid on time each and every month.

To my benefit, I have approximately 65K of equity in my home, which can be verified, whereas I had a appraisal done in Oct. 2006, I also own my truck outright with no loans attached, the book value of the vehicle is approximate $12K, last but not least, I have worked very hard for what I have and I firmly believe living within my means, which I do, and in paying my debts on time, which I also do, all can be verified with recent credit report, title to my vehicle, the appraisal, and deed to my home. In closing,

I would like to state that if given the chance for this loan, I have every intent to not only pay every payment on time, I will also stay active in the Two Millionaires private forum for the life of the loan, and to help others in the future with the process. Thank you again for considering my listing, and if anyone has any further questions, please feel free to contact me. Nancy
