Hello, thanks for giving me a few seconds. I currently have 3 businesses. 2 are computer related businesses that have been in operation for 5 and 2 yrs. My other business is a Real Estate Investment business. The money I'm asking for is for a house we just won at a Gov't Hud auction. The house appraised at $51,000 by the Gov't auction and we won the auction at $34,000. We were the 2nd highest bidder but the highest could not get the funding. I have $20,000 in cash and financing pre-approved at my bank for 85% of the loan. We have until the end of February to close. The bank wants me to put a hold on my CD's ($9,000) as collateral and they will fund the rest. The only bad thing with that is they expire in July and I can pull them and use them if they aren't tied into the bank loan. My current yearly salary after taxes from my computer business is $72,000. I have 10 rental homes that cash flow $1256.00 a month total (1944 mortgage a month, $3500.00 collected each month in rent) I have 2 additional rent homes that are paid off and cash flow $875.00 My Assets: 2003 Polaris JetSki ~$5000 in value (paid for) 2 rental homes appraised at $92,000 total(I own 0 on them) My home is appraised at $250,000 and I owe $130,000. Stocks and IRA's (31,000) 0 Credit Card Debt(they are paid off every month) My bills: Honda Ridgeline - $605.00 Dodge Durango - $286.00 (1 year left) My home mortgage - $1200.00 Boat Payment - $300.00 Rental Home Mortgage - $1944.00 Utilities - $500.00 Insurance - $435.00 Total expenses ~$5270.00 Total Income ~$7750 I have plenty of Income to make an additional payment.
