Thanks for taking the time to review my listing. My name is Floyd and I live in Dallas, TX. I am married with five children (4,6,10,11,16). I am a very reliable, hard working individual that just need a little help. I am currently working in real estate and making a very good salary. ($80,000). But before landing my current job three years ago, my wife and I were raising five kids on $25,000 a year. My wife did not work because it was cheaper for us to have her to stay at home with the kids then to pay for child care. We did the best we could. I will admit however that often times our bills were late and many items fell into collection. This hurt our credit rating badly and caused us to have to pay high interest for our cars, house and credit cards. Three years ago I landed a great job making $80,000 a year. (I will email proof to all investors) Finally, we were in a position to begin to pay all of our current bills on time and to begin to pay off back bills and collection items. As of today, we have been able to pay-off fifteen (15) previously delinquent items on my credit report. (credit report can be emailed to you as well). By doing so my FICA score went up by 100 points! I am working very hard to clean up my credit. I made some mistakes in the past but I have learned from them. My purpose for asking for a loan is to consolidate my high interest credit cards and continue to clean up my credit. I am finally in a position to have enough money left over after paying my bills to pay back any loan that I receive in a timely manner. Monthly Income: Salary: $6,566 Expenses: Mortgage: $1,200 Auto $ 476 Utilities $ 655 Food $ 620 Gas $ 215 Insurance $ 125 (house) Credit Cards $ 250 (not paid off by loan) Clothes $ 200 With the money that I currently make and the fact that I have a low debt to income ratio, (11%) I will be more than able to pay back any loan. All I am asking is for a chance to prove that I am not a high risk. I want you to judge me for yourself. Look at my credit report, look at my income, review my FICA and see if I am worthy of investing in. If so, you won?t regret it. But if you choose not to help me, I would like to thank you for at least taking the time to review my listing. |
