Hello I?m Lisa and I am a service connected disabled veteran. From my personal income I make 2565 a month. I am wishing to start my own business and hoping you can help. I live in a small town in Missouri and a store that I wish to open is a video rental and tanning store. The town nor surrounding area for thirty miles does not have one. So this would be the closest for many people. I have done all the research and have projected cost, operating expense and projection sheets for the first year. This store would be very vital to the area as it would be valuable and wonderful to bring something like this to the community. I do have a letter of support from the Mayor supporting me in this venture. She has even gone as far as to find the land to put the building on. When you come from a place that has barely anything and something of this magnitude comes to town it makes a huge impact. My DTI is 40% not the stated one. This is my personal DTI and I think that the business should have a chance to make it's own impression. On you as well as it has made on the community. With the projection sheets we make a small profit by the third month in business. And by the end of the year we are making a huge profit. Nothing that's going to make me rich but I'll be working out of the red. If you have any questions please feel free to ask in the forum. I check it often... I hope to gain and have your support. The delinquencies in my report were from a long time ago and have no bearing on whom I am today. I am a hardworking single parent who needs a chance at a better life and I think this could do it...thanks Lisa |

| This one just missed the cutoff for selling loans last month by about 8 days. I guess we'll have to wait until March (hopefully). |
