Hi my name is Paul, I am 24yrs old, and have been married for 4 years.
I got self employed exactly 1 year ago and had a combined gross income of 160000.
That splits 90k from my consttruction business ( I do interior woodwork) and 70k from flipping my house.
Now I have about 30k saved up and I want to buy some foreclosure property or fixer-upper that I could sell for a profit afterwards.
Right now I rent so I have a nice monthly income of 4k to 8k with my monthy bills being really low:

Rent                        800
Utilities                    100
Phone                        90
Installment  Loans     530
Credit Cards             <80
Total                    ~1610

That leaves me with 2400 to 6400 (not including my wife's income) to pay on this loan or invest in something new.
Also the fact that I have worked in construction for about 4 years helps me with making good decisions in the house-buying and repairing process.
My credit reating is excellent, the reason why I cant get a normal loan from a bank is because i dont have 2-3 yrs employment history.
Also if I sel the property I would rather continue making payments on this prosper loan than pay it off immediately since that would allow me to reinvest. If you have any questions please send me a message and otherwise I just hope we can do this together.
Thanks, Paul

includes income from flipping his house. "70k from flipping my house."---how do you verify that? That isn't income.
