| This is the second loan I've taken from Prosper. The first was for my Son's first car that was paid off early and now he wants to upgrade. This loan will be paid entirely by my Son, I could've lent him the money myself but feel it teaches him more responsibility when it actually comes from a true institution. For that reason this loan comes with very little risk since I'll be making sure a payment is not late and if the worst case scenario happens that he can't pay it I'll be making the payment since it's in my name.
