Well folks this is the third and the last time I am relisting my request for a loan to pay off credit cards that exploded at Christmas. I really would like to consolidate and get rid of the cards. I own my home have more than 60k in assests. However that is for two of my children who are currently in college. I am a Property Mananger and make 55k a year. I have never had problems in obtaining a loan. Many of you have asked about the 'public record' on my report. That is a bankruptcy that was in 1998, yes almost 10yrs ago...cant wait to get it off my report!
