I?ve purchased the home for $219,000, the home needs about $25,000 in repairs and its after repaired market value is about $310,000. I am borrowing $10,000 to cover some of the renovations expenses on the home, and I plan to re-pay this loan as soon as I sell this property in the next 3-4 months. My credit score is above 760 (AA), and I am a very responsible person with low debt to income ratio. My educational and business experience include a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA (Master in Business Administration). I've worked for Nortel Networks and Lucent Technologies among other companies. I have extensive business experience domestically and in the Caribbean, and Latin America region.
