Thank you for looking at my loan. My wife and I got married this past summer. Luckily for us we got the wedding of our dreams because our parents helped take on some of the bill. The unfortunate part was that our part of the bill had to go onto credit cards because we ran into another obstacle along the way. About a month prior to us getting married I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, a very curable cancer, but cancer none-the-less. So instead of focusing on paying off the credit cards like we intended, we had to focus our money on the many doctor bills I received. So now we are looking for a loan with a lower interest rate than the ones we have on our cards to finally finish paying off the wedding. The DTI is a little off as well because I did not add my wife's income into the category, so that should be doubled, making the DTI much lower than it currently is. Also, I just received a promotion as the new Service Banker at my job, so my income will be increasing as well. My wife is currently a nanny and making a steady salary. So thank you again for looking at my loan, if there are any questions just send me a message. -J&J |
