Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this:

We are a young couple, both 29, who have 2 girls, ages 7 & 9 (Very soon to be 10 & 8). My huband works full time as a systems admin at a webhosting company. He is going to school to get his BA in Business Technology. I am a full time stay at home mom.
We are wanting $2000 to be able to move to a safer neighborhood, and a bigger apartment. We currently live in a small 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We have lived in this neighborhood for 2 years, and new management has taken over in the past year. Since then, the neighborhood has gone downhill. (This is a neighborhood of duplexs. The new owner bought up about 4 blocks worth) There have been problems with drugs, people speeding down the road, almost hitting children who are playing. It has just become an unsafe place for us to try and raise our girls.
My husband currently drives about 40 minutes one way to work from our apartment. The new places that we are looking at would be withing 5 to 15 minutes of his work. And in much safer neighborhoods. Both of our girls would have their own room, something they have never had.
We would use the $2000 for:
1st months rent
Security Deposit
Pet Deposit (for our small dog)
Any extra would be applied back to our loan through Prosper.

Just relieve any fears that my husband working and going to school might be overwhelming. He both worked at the same company and got his AS in Computer Programming, plus was awarded 2 raises for outstanding performance to the company during that time.
He brings home roughly 3000 to 4000 a month, mainly depending upon the pay periods(he is paid 2x a month) and how much overtime he works.

We have had some credit problems in the past that we are cleaning up. I know that it shows me as HR, but I can assure you that if you take the chance with us, you will find that we are nothing like that.

Thank you for your time and consideration. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

****I have listed this 2x before, I am new to Prosper and the first 2 times were from joining a group. For this time, I switched groups.
