I am seeking a loan to consolidate my ineterst bearing debt, eliminate my remaining medical bills, and make the complete package manageable with my current budget. Due to a failed real estate investment, injury that prohibited me from driving, thus working, and a dowsizing/reorganization that made my job disappear, my score has gone from a 700 to where it is now, in the 500s. As I did not actually live there, the investement house created two sets of house bills for me. And with my job loss and injury, they became more than I could handle. I have acquired a short sale purchaser, and an agreement from the lender to accept the short sale terms, we are currently waiting to close.I have been a telecommunications account executive for 8 years. And a member of the US Army reserves for 16 years. I have worked for my current employer for 6 months.
