Hello Everyone. I my self am a prosper lender and am looking for a loan to continue building my house in the Dominican Republic. I worked w/ a engineer about 6 months ago and laid the foundation recently and want to continue. The property the house is being built on belongs to my Mom, who will head down to live year round once the houe is complete. About myself, As you can see I am a forme active duty Marine who is now a reservist. I have been a Security Consultant for the last four years. Thats why it says self employed. My annual income is roughly $100K. I can fund this loan myself but would rather take out a laon on prosper. I have the full intention to pay back the loan w/ in a year. As for my bills, I just have my rent in NYC ( $900 ), car insurance ( $70), cell phone ( $70 ). Other than food and entertainment thats it. I would greatly appreaciate everyones assistance w/ this loan.
