Hi There,   I am from the Chicago area and halved lived with my family in the same home for over 23 years.  I have been married for over 30 years and have raised two daughters who are now in college.  My wife and I have worked for a very long time and now would like to consolidate our high interest credit cards into one payment.  Besides the equity in our home located in the North Suburbs I own a home that is mortgage free and worth over $150,000.  I am in my 50?s run my own business with a positive cash flow over the past three years.

THE DTI RATIO is out of balance due to the complicated self employment verification.  Because of that fact this is my second listing and hopefully you will review my first listing for more information. This loan will help me pay off high interest credit cards and provide others with help here at Prosper.

My first listing was funded in 24 hours and hopefully this will happen once again.  I have not had a late payment in over 7 years and am not planning on starting now.  I pay my bills on time and this payment will be number one.
