Hello, My is Mark and thanks for taking the time to look at my listing. I guarantee this will be the safest investment you ever make. I?m asking for 15k to consolidate my debt in to 1 easy manageable monthly payment. I came across this website by accident but I?m really excited that this might be the answer to getting back on track. I was just about to sign up with one of those debt consolidation firms but this naturally this would be a better option. A little background on myself- I?m married with 3 beautiful girls and I have been in the military for 13 years. I?m really trying to get back on track and hopefully buy a house but I can?t seem to pay down this debt. Between sending money back to my family in Ireland for an emergency and taking care of my family here I have just overextended myself too much. So right now I have just over 15k in unsecured debt not including my car payment. I hate to admit it but one of those bills is with cashcall, they are charging me 59% with a monthly payment of $250 which means my 5K loan will cost almost 30k!!! If I could consolidate that with all my other monthly bills I know I can get back on track. I live on base so I have no rent or mortgage, all utilities are free so from my $3400 monthly paycheck I?m paying the normal taxes, social security etc, my truck payment, groceries etc and then over 2k on my debts. So why do I say this is guaranteed? Well like I said I?m in the military and will retire with a pension in 6-7 yrs, very stable, I?m expecting a $600 pay raise staring next year, I can take a $30,000 career bonus payment in 23 months, which I have considered but it reduces my retirement by 10%, so I?d prefer not too unless needed, and finally being in the military I can?t just not pay my bills (not that this would ever happen)or else they will just take it out anyway. I know my credit doesn?t look the best on paper but that is due to having everything maxed out and several inquires. I did have a BK about 9 years ago but this has no bearing on my current situation, it was part of a new car situation that was a lemon and I was forced in to a square with a 13K bill, the worst part is that the company was sued about 2 weeks after my BK and I have several letters saying that I was not at fault, but it was too late for the BK.
