Hi, I am a new attorney moving
to a new city. I need a loan for moving expenses and to pay off a few bills.
I?ve had previous credit problems in the past, while I was completing my undergraduate degree; however, during my law school career I have worked hard to try and maintain a good credit history. Now that I am permanently entering the work force, I believe that I am a good candidate for a loan request. Furthermore, I do not believe that I will have any problems making my estimated loan payments. Here are my monthly expenses: Net Income after payroll deductions from all sources: $4188 Mortgage Rent: $1100 Phone: $60 Utilities Including Cable and Internet: $140 Food: $200 Credit Cards and Loans that will not be paid off with Prosper: $500 Miscellaneous: $300 Total Monthly Expenses: $2300 I will have $1888 to pay off my Prosper Loan. Closing Remarks to Lenders: As you can see, I am finally in a place to turn my life and credit history around. With just a little bit of help I would be able to get my life back on track.
