ABOUT ME: I am a 29-year-old online marketing exec who finally landed her dream job, unmarried and no children. Aside from working very hard at my job I also volunteer with a group in Santa Monica, CA that helps shelter dogs and at-risk teens called K9 Connection. EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT: After putting myself through college and then moving to New York City 7 years ago I found that I had no money, no credit and tons of bills. I scraped by as I worked and challenged myself every day to succeed. And I did, but somehow I was always either just scraping by or getting a little behind. I sporadically had health insurance and am still paying for emergency surgery I had 5 years ago. The small limit high interest credit cards I was uneducated enough to get have been used as a cushion when things came up. I took a series of poorly paid jobs because they were what I needed to get to where I am now. After receiving a great job offer to move to Los Angeles I packed up my life and hit the road. With no money in the bank but lots of hope I must say. I found myself out of money and taking out a series of small payday loans. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I want to remedy the mistake and start building a FICO score that truly represents what I am?EXCELLENT! WHAT I WILL DO WITH THE MONEY LOANED TO ME: $1500 toward the payday loans, $1000 to clear up all outstanding medical bills, $800to pay off all credit cards, $600 to pay off all personal loans and complete the shipment of my belongings from New York. HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS: Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $ 2500 Rent: $ 750 Phone: $ 75 Gas: $ 20 Electricity & Water: $ 20 Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $ 400 Food: $ 200 Insurance: $ 120 Cable/Internet: $ 75 Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $ 300 Total Monthly Expenses: $ 1800 I will have $400 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan. CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: I am committed to generating a bright financial future for myself. I am an extremely frugal person with no doubt that I will be able to pay this loan off promptly each month and pass on the knowledge and satisfaction to others of taking control of my life and growing for the future. |
