Up until last year, I had pretty stable credit history. But, unfortunately, due to an illness with my wife, and a job change, we became sidetracked. The great news is that we are now both back at work there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. I am selling a home (pictured above) and we will rent for now. I have a signed purchase agreement with earnest money in hand! With my equity, I plan to retire some old debt and use some to invest in other members here at Prosper! But, to get started, I need an initial loan of $2500 for some minor repairs and to turn the utilities back on at this house. PLEASE NOTE: Time is of the essense as there are deadlines on the purchase agreement which mandate inspections in a few days.

ABOUT ME:

I am 39 years old, married for 13 years, 2 children ages 17 and 12. I have been with my current employer for just about a year and have been in the industry for 8+ years...

EXPLANATION OF BAD CREDIT:

I have always been responsible with my finances but 2 years ago my credit scores slipped to HR because I lost my job and my wife became very ill and could not work. But things have improved since that we are both back at work at great jobs. I'm asking for a chance to prove myself and get my credit scores back up to where they should be. If you bid on my listing I promise that I will not let you down. Making my payments on time will be my top priority each month, I sincerely promise you that and as you can see from my financial details, I will have the money to do it.

If my loan is filled I'll stay active in the Two Millionaires private forum for the life of the loan, to help encourage myself and other Two Millionaires graduates to never let their team down by being late with a payment. I am determined to SUCCEED this time!

HERE ARE MY MONTHLY FINANCIAL DETAILS:

Net income after payroll deductions from all sources: $2600+
Spouse's Income: $1200
Total monthly family Income $3800

Mortgage/Rent: $1200
Phone: $90
Gas: $45
Electricity & Water: $150
Car Loan and Operating Expenses: $300
Food: $225
Insurance: $90
Cable/Internet: $0
Clothing, expenses for children, etc. $50
Credit cards and loans that won't be paid off with my Prosper loan: $0
Other: $50
-----------------------
Total Monthly Expenses : $2200

I will have $1600 left to make the payments on my Prosper loan.

CLOSING REMARKS TO LENDERS: As you can see, I am finally in a place where with just a bit of help I could really get back on track. I really hope that you consider my request.

Take care and thank you for your consideration!
