Hello my name is Travis and I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I am a Sales Manager for a marketing company, where I have worked for 5 years. I am seeking a loan to eliminate credit card debt, which will lower utilization and improve my credit scores. My plan is to buy a small house or condo in the next couple of years, and I know that my credit score will affect the long-term interest that I pay. Credit I have 1 DQ (Chase) in the past that has since been paid. I have no public records, or any other blemishes of any kind. As you can see I have only 1 inquiry. I?m not one to seek out credit that I cannot afford. My HR most likely reflects my short credit history. My stated DTI is 14% (income $26K). But this understates my true income by $5K-$10K as I receive commissions. However, I want to keep it simple for verification. Current Budget 190 Car payment 115 Auto insurance 45 Cell phone 275 Rent 150 Gas 200 Tithe 84 Wells Fargo 92 Chase 200 food ___________ $1351 $649 Discretionary Income Budget After Prosper $649 Discretionary $(176) Eliminated Credit Card Payments $ 90 Prosper Loan $745 New Discretionary Income As you can see, the Prosper Loan reduces my monthly expenses and helps me achieve my credit goals. Thank you for reviewing my loan, and I would appreciate your consideration. You can reach me at [EMAIL DELETED]. I will also be active in answering questions on the message boards. Thank You and God Bless, Travis |
