Hi and thank you for researching my listing, My name is Jon and I am a remodeling contractor in the west suburbs of Chicago, IL. I started my company over 7 years ago and have been very sucessful. We are aful service remodeling firm and work only on a referral basis. Recently my wife and i had the opportunity to buy a foreclosed home which allowed us more space to raise our 6 kids. Because we had to move quickly, we didn't have time to complete the necessary work needed to sell our existing home. This loan will be used for that purpose and is for cash flow reasons only - normal for any business. Our high debt to income exists only because we own 3 other homes besides this one.
