I am a resident doctor finishing training in June 2008. Excellent future income potential but currently on resident salary. My credit is excellent without any bankruptcy or deliquency. I am looking to consolidate my credit card debts to a low monthly payment and save money. I earn about $50,000/year salary before tax. I am looking to save money thru P2P financing. I will not default on my payment and will not compromise my future by destroying my credit. I read about Prosper in a magazine and this seems like a perfect fit for somebody like me. I plan to pay off this loan in about a year and a half. Here is the breakdown of my expenses: Monthly Income: 1,795 every 2 weeks (3,590/ month) Bills: Rent: 720/month Phone: 70/month Food: 200/month Insurance: 240/month Utilities: 250/month (variable) Total: 1,480 As you can see I have more than enough left over for this loan. Credit cards: Bank of America: 10,800 American Express: 1,750 Chase: 2,300 Total 14,850 I have an excellent 0-0-0 credit and I guess the reason I got a B rating is because my credit is about 4 years old only. My DTI before the prosper loan is 13%. Bid on my loan with confidence. Thank you. |
