 I am a 43 year old, married, father of one, professional roofing estimator/salesman. I have been in this business for 7 years . Four months ago new management was brought into my company and myself and three others were forced out. They subsequently withheld over $5,000.00 in commissions due to me.

That was over a months worth of income and a big hit for a family man.

 I immediately went to work representing two other companies and generated over $8,000.00 in new income for October and November, and I have commitments for four new projects to be completed late January. Total commissions will be $4,000.00+. I personally generate new business so I know where my income originates.

I had to resort to payday loans to keep things going until I had achieved that success but, to date I am still about $3,100.00 behind. I have secured and paid back four of these since August. On time, and in full. My credit rating does not reflect this recent activity.

Prosper funds will be used to payoff payday loans, initiate credit repair, fund Limo permits, obtain a secured Mastercard, and repay some personal loans from family and friends. These two new trade lines will help in raising my credit score . I am in the process of qualifying for a home loan.

95% of the negatives on my credit report are over five years old and can be cleaned from my credit rapidly according to Lexington Law and a few other firms I have spoken to. I mainly need more active trade lines. These will make a bigger impact in the short term.

I can add $800-$1,000 to my income starting in late January working weekends driving Limos. I have 12 years of experience in this field and good contacts in the industry in DFW. My wife is also going back to work part- time. She has 20 years experience in the medical field and is very sought after. This will add another $1,200.00-$1,400.00 to our monthly income.

Our projected income for this year will exceed $65,000.00.

I am a dedicated and professional individual with integrity and good ethics. I am committed to paying my debts and improving my financial health and credit standing. This loan will be repaid in full.

Our next goal as a family is to save enough money by the end of March to start a home based business.

My expenses are as follows:

House                    =   700.00
Cars        (2)          =    785.00
TXU Electric         =   350.00 avg.
Water/trash            =     85.00 avg.
T-Mobile                =   130.00
ATT                       =     75.00
State Farm Ins.       =   163.00
Food/Household    =   475.00
Payday loans (2)    =   800.00 monthly interest ( $ 2,100.00 payoff)

Monthly Income    =  4,000.00
Less expenses        =  3,563.00
Balance                  =     437.00

Balance after closing out payday loans  +  1,237.00  !!!!!!

Ample funds with which to start saving again and pay off My Prosper Loan and in short order.
My family and I thank you for your consideration
