Hello Lenders, I am a professional Software Engineer living in the bay area working on next generation video games for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. I work for one of the top 3 publishers in the world and I would consider both the company I work for and my position here to be verystable. I have worked in the industry steadily for the past 7 years and Engineers are always in demand. I am seeking $10,000 for the following New computer I am seeking a new computer for my home that will double as a personal computer and high end workstation so I can work at home using the same caliber machine as I have at the office. The estimated cost of this work station will be $4,000 Consolidate Debt I currently have roughly $4000 in debt evenly distributed over 3 credit accounts. I would like to consolidate this into 1 easy monthly bill and start paying interest to the prosper.com community vs. the credit card companies. Emergency fund I plan to place $2,000 in my savings account to replenish my emergency funds. I recently had to put a sizeable dent into my rainy day fund due to some necessary and painful dental surgeries.
